Fortron® PPS
Fortron® PPS is a linear, semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer, perfectly suited for composite parts that have to withstand both high mechanical and thermal requirements. Fortron PPS offers an ideal alternative to conventional materials such as thermosetting polymers and metals. It is easy to process and machine and can be incorporated into a variety of unidirectional tapes and fabric pre-pregs. Additional performance characteristics include:

Celstran® CFRT / LFRT Composites
Celstran thermoplastic composites encompass a number of long-fiber and continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastics that can be tailor-made to customer requirements. Celstran composites are produced in a special patented process through which high impregnation quality is achieved without damage to the fibers. Nearly all types of semi-crystalline and amorphous thermoplastic polymers are suitable as thermoplastic matrix materials which can be combined with a wide range of fibers and additives. Celstran is available in long-fiber pellets and continuous-fiber tapes and shapes.

Vectra® LCP
The exceptional property profile of Vectra® LCP allows it to meet very demanding service requirements. Vectra LCP withstands temperatures below -160°C and as high as 240°C, with very good chemical resistance. Long established in the electronics industry, Vectra LCP performs equally as well in the industrial textile and fabric industries.
