Sheets and Profiles

Thermoplastic sheets and profiles made from Ticona’s engineering resins have many uses, both as manufactured and after additional machining. Typical as-manufactured examples include pins, rollers, blocks and slabs in machinery components. After minor secondary operations, applications range from washers, tubes, bushings, bearings, wear pads, pulleys, valves, valve seats and fittings. More extensive secondary processing yields parts such as gears, sprockets, guides, and pump components, as well as a great variety of prototype parts.
