Ticona, Polyplastics Co. Ltd., Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co. Inc., and Korea Engineering Plastics Co. - directly or through their affiliate companies - have expanded their presence in the Asia/Pacific region by building a world-scale polyacetal facility in China (60,000 tons/year). The plant is located in Nantong, Jiangsu province, just north of Shanghai.
