Processing Conditions
You can find standard injection molding processing conditions
for any Ticona Product grade in three easy steps, using our Product Tool (link located on the upper
right site of this page).
STEP 1:
Once the Product Data
tool has opened, select a ‘Polymer’ and/or ‘Product’ from the drop down boxes in the top left portion
of the Product Tool screen and then click the ‘Search’ button Search (located to the right side
of the same tool bar).
STEP 2:
Click on the name of
the grade that you wish to view in order to select it.
STEP 3
Next, click on the “Processing”
tab (located on the right side of the page) in order to obtain additional tabs for Pre-Drying instructions,
Temperature settings, Pressure settings, and Screw Speed, as shown below:
