STEP 1:
Once
the Product Tool has opened, select a ‘Polymer’ and/or ‘Product’ from the drop down boxes
in the top left portion of the Product Tool screen and then click the ‘Search’ button Search (located
to the right side of the same tool bar).
STEP 2:
Click
on the name of the grade that you wish to view in order to select it.
STEP 3:
Next,
click
on the “Troubleshooting” tab (located on the right side of the page) as shown below:
